Melbourne based designer Peter Alexander has built an enormously successful business, creating fun and fashionable sleepwear, daywear and giftwear. Founded twenty five years ago, the company now has over 50 boutiques in Australia and New Zealand and is still growing. From the very beginning Peter Alexander sleepwear instantly connected with customers and now has a large and loyal following that has helped guide the success of the brand.
In 2015 the company decided to implement a fun new gift card pack – the little shopping bag designed by Burgopak. On the front of the pack is a beautiful little sausage dog named Penny, who was Peter’s beloved pet and also brand ambassador. The pack and the artwork are a perfect combination, communicating the brand’s quality, fun and attention to detail. The gift card pack, like the company it represents, is unique and stands out from the pack.
T Mobile USA were looking for a way to present their national retail SIM card in a package that mirrored their cool style and revolutionary service, they also wanted a fulfilment partner that could offer a flexible and reliable service to service such a fast paced and ever evolving Market. B-Pak have been in the global SIM market for 12 years and lead the way in both Packaging design and fulfilment services. We provide T Mobile with the coolest pack in the market and one that goes way beyond the need to just get it on the display rack.
Virgin Australia is the one of the largest airlines operating in the Australian domestic market.Virgin is different and provides a product and a service that challenge the competition. They wanted a solution for their Loyalty Card that reflected the Virgin Brand and made their loyal frequent flyer members feel they were part of an exclusive club when they received their membership pack in the mail. The Burgopak we designed to meet Virgins needs does just that, it conveys style, prestige, innovation and overall a sense of fun.
Vodafone New Zealand is a market leading mobile phone service provider, and has been a customer of B-Pak360 since 2011. B-Pak360 customised their service to meet VFNZ’s needs, including removing the SIM from the plastic outer card then recycling the plastic outer. As only the SIM is packaged, this lead to reduced pack & shipping costs, less materials used, and more efficient in-store storage of SIM packs. But just as importantly, millions of plastic carriers do not end up as land-fill every year..

Westfield, an Australian retail icon, opened its first store in 1959, and has grown to become the largest retail chain in Australia, owning 119 malls in four countries − Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Combined, the centers have over 10 million square metres of retail space.
In 2013 Westfield began presenting its Gold gift card in a custom designed Burgopak unit with a special shimmer finish & gold ribbons to open the pack. The pack was marketed as an upgrade option for the Gold card, as it elevated the experience for the recipients of the gift card. The Gold pack has been a runaway success, sales of the Gold card have increased year upon year, outstripping every other gift card offered by Westfield. The popularity of the pack has meant that, in addition to delighting gift card recipients, it has become a regular revenue earner for the group.
In 2009 B-Pak recognised the need to couple fulfilment services together with packaging design, so our customers had the option to combine to a single solution. Stuart is the co founder and Global Sales Director od B-Pak. He is originally from Dorset in the UK and moved to Sydney Australia in 1989. After several entrepreneurial ventures he co-founded Burgopak Asia Pacific in 2004, B-Pak 360 UK Ltd in 2009 and B-Pak 360 USA Inc in 2013, all of which specialise in supplying the Patented Burgopak packaging Solutions
Stuart has gained a wealth of experience over the last 12 years in the SIM, Gift and Loyalty Card Packaging markets having supplied more than 50 Million Burgopaks around the world.
SIM cards in particular have become his area of expertise, setting up B-Pak UK specifically for the purpose of providing an end to end SIM solution to Vodafone Australia, New Zealand and UK who all sourced their SIMs from Europe.
Stuart continues to grow the company and has now re-located with his family to Los Angeles where B-Pak supply T Mobile and Von Maur among many other leading US companies.
Trevor is a Director and co-founder of the company. Previous to founding the business with Stuart in 2004, he played a corporate role in the IT industry as the Australian and New Zealand Sales and Marketing Manager for PictureTel/Polycom, a US technology vendor.
Twelve years hands-on experience at B-Pak360 has seen Trevor be involved in all aspects of running the business, including sales, manufacture and logistics. This has allowed Trevor to comprehensively understand the components that are required to run a successful, global, customer orientated business.
Trevor lives in Sydney, Australia, and provides his expertise helping clients such as Vodafone, Westfield, Myer and Virgin with award winning packaging solutions.
